I would like to give you an update on my first run of brandy.  As I already said the alembic looks great, the fittings are almost perfect, the thermometer is good and very useful, and most important the taste of the liquor is great; so everything is fine. Today, February 22, 2006, I received the alembic.I was expecting to find enclosed a bottle of brandy, as a proof of alembic quality! I'm just kidding! I was so happy when I unpacked the alembic, and when I sow it, I was speechless! It is a jewel! I think I'll keep it in the livingroom as a piece of art! I checked it in details and I was pleased to find that it is a very strong construction and high quality materials (like the thermometer is made in Germany, not in China!)  Congratulations to you and your team for the fine work! 25-12-2006 Re: Merry Christmas!!! I did distil my brandy, and your alembic impressed me and all my friends who tried my brandy! It is really a work of art and it works PERFECTLY! When I used it the first time, I wasn't sure if the content will get stuck on the bottom, or burn, but when I oppened the pot, it was spotless! The quality of the brandy is excellent! Now I have more and more people asking about your address. I don't know how many from Vancouver ordered the alembic,
 but for sure you'll have more customers. MS

02-08-2006 Re: CS04 - The unit is in good use now, we have made asucessful Kale and rose oil for use in massage. We only had to seal the condenser attachment with rye flower, otherwise perfect seal. I decided to buy from you for the care taken and the historical lineage from an artisinal builder that the money would be in better hands and the Karma better. Chris

10-03-2006 Re: CS04 4L column - I received my column pot still today.  It is an absolutely magnificent piece of craftmanship!!!  I am making my first batch of rose hydrosol as I am typing this.  This still is so gorgeous that it will be displayed as a piece of artwork in my home!  I can't thank you enough, your service was outstanding from start to finish and your prices the most reasonable that I found on the internet.  I am going to recommend that a friend of mine
